Eliza A. Murray was born at Vandalia, Iowa, December 11, 1855, and died at her home one and one-half miles south-west of Vandalia September 29, 1915. She married J.W. Wicker in 1877. Five children, one dying in infancy. Those living: Mrs. Jennie Smith, Mrs. Rosie Lamb, Roy and Murray Wicker. One sister, Mrs. R. L. Anderson, of Vandalia, and three brothers, R. F. Murray, of Des Moines, W. W. Murray, of Rockwell City and C. W. Murray, of Shelby, Missouri. ~ Prairie City News
