COLFAX -- Bradley Stephen Cratty, 21, formerly of Colfax died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Colfax First Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Butler and the Rev. Danny DuRocher officiating. Burial will be at Colfax Cemetery with full military rites provided by USAF Honor Guard, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
Visitation will be held today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church. Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax is handling arrangements.
The son of John K. and Carmen D. (Madison) Cratty, he was born Oct. 27, 1982, in Harriman, Tenn. He graduated from Colfax-Mingo High School in 2001, where he was active in wrestling and football. As a member of the First Baptist Church, he was active in youth activities and mission trips. He also was involved with the Boy Scouts. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. Following a tour of duty in Iraq and Kuwait, he returned home to marry Tracee Tewksbury on April 18 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was transferred to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska, in early September where his wife was already stationed.
Survivors include his wife, Tracee and her family; his parents, John and Carmen of Colfax; a sister, Toni and her husband David Hostetter of Washington; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and JoAnn Reynolds and Jack Bougher and Lee Madison, as well as two uncles and an infant cousin.
