JULY 9, 1968 ~ DECEMBER 29, 2018 (AGE 50)

Teresa “Tabby” Ann Biehn, 50, of Newton died on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, January 14, at the Newton Church of The Way. The family will greet friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Monday at the church. Memorials to Teresa’s family may be left at the church the day of the service or at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory.

Teresa, the daughter of Marvin and Joan “Pat” (Pedersen) Bellinghausen, was born on July 9, 1968 in Cedar Falls. She grew up in Eldora and was active in Brownies and Girl Scouts. Teresa graduated from Eldora-New Providence in 1986 and attended AIB in Des Moines. On August 28, 1990, Teresa was united in marriage with Jeff Biehn in Des Moines. Most of their married life they lived in the Marshalltown and Newton areas. Teresa was currently working in customer service at the Vernon Company in Newton and was a member of ABATE. In her spare time she enjoyed crafts, fairy gardens, fishing, camping, bike rallies and riding motorcycles. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband and best friend, Jeff.

Those left to remember Teresa are her husband, Jeff of Newton; son, Zackery (Elisha) Biehn of Newton; daughter, Emily Biehn of Newton; grandson, Zayden; her mother, Pat Pedersen of Ames; sister, Amy Vanderheiden of Pilot Mound; and her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and her maternal and paternal grandparents.~ The Wallace Family Funeral Home, Newton, Iowa 29 Dec 2018.
