COLFAX -- Wilma Lou Forck, 56, of Colfax died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. Burial will follow at McKeever Cemetery.

Visitation for Wilma will be held Sunday at the funeral home from noon until 8 p.m.

The family will greet friends from 2 to 5 p.m. There will be a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Those wishing to give memorials may designate them to the Wilma L. Forck Memorial Fund.

The daughter of Billie (Miller) and John Shaffrin, she was born Oct. 11, 1948, in Henley, Mo. On Aug. 7, 1965, she married Jerry Forck in Jefferson City, Mo. She moved with her family to Colfax in 1975. She worked as a tax preparer and was self-employed for 32 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Michelle Forck of Newton; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Timothy of Colfax, Paul and Tina of Colfax, Patrick and Paula of Colfax and Matthew and Chris of Newton; 10 grandchildren; a sister, Karen Schnettgoecke of O'Fallon, Mo., and two brothers, John Schaffrin of O'Fallon and Mark Schaffrin of Wright City, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
