FUNERAL SERVICES HELD MONDAY FOR MRS. ANNA BOLEN

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Bolen, 64, were held Monday morning from the Immaculate Conception Church in Colfax with Father T. J. McCann of Newton officiating.

Mrs. Bolen was born in Yugoslavia, June 15, 1881, the daughter of Jack Sulentic and Helen Rukavina. She came to this country in 1908 and was married to Matt Bolen in Albia, Iowa.

She is survived by her husband of Sawyersville, Ill., one son, Steve, of Staunton, Ill., two brothers, Louis Su1entic of Waterloo and Mike Sulentic of Yugoslavia.

Mrs. Bolen had been a patient at the Jasper County home since 1925.

Music for the service was furnished by Mary Louise Menke.

Pall bearers were Sam Bolen, Joe Bolen, John Gay, Vance Tomlonovic, John Tomlonovic and Louis Sulentic. Burial was had in the Colfax Cemetery. ~ Colfax Sep 1946
