Little Clifford Kuhn, after an illness of five days with scarlet fever died Saturday night, and was buried yesterday afternoon without any service. Clifford was the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kuhn of North Race Street. He was a bright attractive child, and his death brings sorrow to the parents, all the more because the little baby son in the family is quite ill with the same disease. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, Monday, May 27, 1907, Page 4, Column 2
