Mrs. Maud Ehline Died Wednesday
Mrs. Maud Ehline, 91, of this city died Wednesday, March 31st at 1:30 p.m. in the Skiff Hospital at Newton. She had entered the hospital March 23rd.
Mrs. Ehline had been a resident of Colfax for a good number of years and for the past several years had resided at the Hillside Rest Home here.
Funeral services will be held at Walters Funeral Home in Colfax. Time of the funeral service is pending, awaiting word from out of state relatives.

Death of Mrs. Maud Ehline March 31st
Mrs. Maud Ehline, 90, a resident of Colfax for over twenty years, died Wednesday, March 31st at the Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton. She had been in frail health for a number of years and had been in the hospital eight days at the time of her death.
She was born October 12, 1874.
Her husband, Albert Alois Ehline, preceded her in death in 1951. A daughter, Mrs. Ethel Clark also preceded her in death a number of years ago.
Mrs. Ehline had resided at the Hillside Rest Home in Colfax the past several years.
Survivors are two grandchildren, Marie Grady of San Bernadino, Calif. and Kenneth (Buddy) Clark of Whittier, Calif. A nephew, Paul Kay, of Columbia, Mo. was in Colfax to make arrangements for the funeral services.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 2nd at 10 a.m. at the Walters Funeral Home in Colfax. Rev. Dale Nicholson, minister of the Colfax Methodist Church, conducted the services.
Burial was in Cedar Cemetery, Fonda, Iowa.
