Died, at her home in Grinnell, last Friday, Mrs. Elizabeth Duffies, formerly of Colfax.
Death resulted from an operation at Rochester, Minnesota, for cancer.
Her three children, Seith, Cecil and Sarah, who reside in Colfax, Saskatchewan, were with her at the end.
Interment was in Malcolm, Sunday. Several relatives and friends attended from here. They were J. R. Sharpe, B. A. Brown, Mrs. J. H. Luther, Mrs. W. L. Porter, Mrs. Lelah Thompson.
