Newton Man Murdered
Otto Samp, aged 36 years, a baker of Newton, was brutally murdered in Des Moines Saturday night. He was found in a back yard Sunday morning. He had been cut and slashed in a horrible manner. Several arrests have been made and it is to be hoped that the guilty party will be apprehended and properly punished.
