This morning Mr. Hayden Reynolds went to Des Moines and accompanied the funeral party to the city this afternoon, with the body of John Reynolds, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reynolds, who formerly resided here. Mr. Reynolds’ death was from pneumonia. He leaves a wife and was about twenty-eight years of age. No services were held here, but the remains were immediately taken to the Bridges Cemetery, six miles north of town, for burial. ~ The Newton Daily News, Saturday, March 23, 1907, Page 1, Column3
