Ira and Goddard news – This community was grieved Thursday morning when the news came that Mr. B. F. Baker had passed away. He had been bed fast for about three weeks and his death had been expected the past week. He was an old and very highly respected citizen of this vicinity and his passing will be realty missed. He was a large stock holder in our village bank. The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Union Chapel church where a large number of friends gathered to pay their last tribute.
