The 7-weeks-old infant son of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Howard died yesterday afternoon. The little one had been theirs to love and care for only for these few weeks, yet its helplessness and delicate condition had endeared it greatly to them, and their hearts mourn for the child that was theirs to love and protect so short a time. The funeral services will be at the home tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock, conducted by Rev. C. S. Morrison. ~ The Newton Daily News, Friday, November 17, 1905, Page 4, Column 3
