Westbrook Rites Conducted Friday at Murdoch Home
Funeral services for Mrs. Lee Westbrook were held yesterday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Murdoch Funeral home and burial was in the Newton Union cemetery. The rites were conducted by Dr. W. H. Blancke, pastor of the local Lutheran church.
Pallbearers were James Callison, James Davidson, L. D. McCall, Clarence Snow, Fred Young and Frank McCarl. Music was furnished by Charles Baker accompanied on the piano by Miss Zona Chase.
Mrs. Westbrook died Tuesday evening at the Skiff Memorial hospital at the age of 79 years.
