Life Story of Doyle A. Kinart
Doyle A. Kinart, 65, a lifelong resident of the Prairie City area, died this week at the Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.
A retired farmer, Mr. Kinart was born December 24, 1899 to John A. and Flora Jane Kinart at Prairie City. He was married to Catherine Clymer January 26, 1921, in Newton.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Viva Shaffer of Los Gatos, Calif., Mrs. Doris Veverka of Wabash, Ind., and Mrs. LaVera Green of Prairie City; a son, John Wilbur Kinart of Prairie City; and his mother, Mrs. Flora Kinart of Monroe.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Sara Beyer and Mrs. Letha Schakel, both of Monroe, and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday at the Christian Church in Prairie City. Rev. Walter Goughnour officiated and burial was in the Waveland Cemetery.
