Claybourn Callison died at his home in Metz last evening about seven-thirty, aged sixty-two years. Deceased was an old soldier, having been a member of Co. K, 28th Iowa Vol. He leaves three sons and a daughter. The funeral will occur Saturday afternnon at one o'clock at the Metz school house. ~ Newton Daily Herald. March 6, 1903.
