Miss Lizzie Kane, who died last Saturday at the home of her sister, Mrs. McDonald, five miles north of Valaria, was a victim of consumption, from which she had been a sufferer for years. Her age was 37. She is buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery near Valaria.
