Mrs. J. F. Rouse received word yesterday of the death of her mother, Mrs. Frederick Springer, who died at her home about twelve miles northeast of this city, Sunday morning at 5 a.m. Mrs. Springer would be seventy-seven years old in March, and had been ill but a few days.
