Edith A. Iske Jensen, 86, of Heritage Manor Care Center died Sunday evening, Dec. 29, at the Center of heart failure.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church.

The Rev. Jerry Brown, senior pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will conduct services. Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church and family visitation will be held from 1 a.m. until time of services at the First Presbyterian Church.

Wallace-Pence Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Memorials to the First Presbyterian Church will be accepted.

Survivors are a daughter, Ruth (Mrs. Paul E.) Ross of newton; two grandsons; three sisters, Ruth Petersen of Bellevue, Neb., Nell Allbery of Gretna, Neb., and Grace Groves; and a Brother, Claude Iske of Omaha, Neb. ~ The Newton Daily News, Newton, Iowa Mon 30 Dec 1991.
