Succumbs to Pneumonia
Mrs. S. Humberd Died This Morning at the Home of Her Daughter, Mrs. John Rippetoe
This morning at ten minutes after nine o’clock occurred the death of Mrs. S. Humberd, after only a week’s illness of pneumonia. Only the last two or three days has her condition been considered very critical. Her daughter, Mrs. Kelly, arrived from Chicago this morning about an hour before the end came, but her mother recognized her and talked with her.
The funeral will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Rippetoe, where her death occurred, Friday at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Rev. W. Dieffenbach.
