Mrs. Jim Simbro Dies at Monroe
MONROE – Mrs. Jim Simbro, 85 of Monroe passed away at her home in Monroe Monday morning. She was born in Marion County and was married to Jim Simbro on July 15, 1895.
She is survived by three sons, Earl of Monroe, Charles of Newton, and Jake. Funeral services are pending.

Mrs. Jim Simbro Rites Wednesday
MONROE – Funeral services for Mrs. Jim (Lucinda Mae) Simbro, 85, of Monroe, a life-long resident of the Monroe community, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Crumpacker Funeral Home in Monroe.
The Rev. Bob Baker and the Rev. Arthur Nichols will conduct the services. Burial will be in Dunreath Cemetery.
Mrs. Simbro, born July 15, 1880 in Marion County, died Monday at her home in Monroe.
She was married to Jim Simbro July 15, 1895. Mr. Simbro died Aug. 23, 1959.
Survivors are three sons, Earl of Monroe, Charles of Ladysmith, Wis., and Jake of Glenwood, Mo.; 22 grandchildren; 64 great grandchildren; and 12 great great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jim Simbro Services Conducted
MONROE – Funeral services for Mrs. Jim (Lucinda Mae) Simbro, 85, of Monroe, were held this afternoon at the Crumpacker funeral Home in Monroe.
The Rev. Bob Baker and the Rev. Arthur Nichols conducted the services. Burial was in Dunreath Cemetery.
Mrs. John LeGrand, the pianist, accompanied the singers, Mrs. Kermit DeHaai and Mrs. Kenneth Cowman.
Pallbearers were Floyd Cowman, Russell DeHaai, Gordon Brown, Lavern DeHaai, Ralph Van Wyk and Dick DeHaai.

Services For Mrs. Simbro, 85
Funeral services for Mrs. Lucinda Simbro who died Jan. 3 at her home in Monroe, were held there with burial in Dunreath Cemetery.
Lucinda Mae, daughter of Samuel Scott and Catherine McDaniel, was born July 15, 1880 in Marion county, and spent all her life here except two years in Gowrie. She was united in marriage to Jim Simbro on July 15, 1895. Her parents, husband and an infant daughter preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons, Charlie of Ladysmith, Wis., Jake of Glennwood, Mo., and Earl of Monroe; 22 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.
