Robert Trout Died in California

Robert Paul Trout of San Carlos, Calif. died Wednesday, August 30, 1989 in his home after a brief illness. He was 73.

A native of Baxter, Iowa, he had lived in San Bruno before moving to San Carlos 27 years ago. He retired in 1981 after working 41 years as a mechanic-inspector for United Airlines. He was a member of the Boeing School of Aeronautics Alumni and the United Airlines Retirees Association.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Marcella; a brother, Roy Trout of Fort Worth, Texas; and a sister, Dorothy Spear of Burlington, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Sept. 1st in White Oaks Chapel, San Carlos. Burial was in the Greenlawn Memorial Park, Colma.
