Life Story of Elizabeth Warrick
Mrs. John (Elizabeth Ann) Warrick, 78, 635 T. Division St., Colfax, a lifelong resident of Jasper County, died Sunday at her home.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Christian Church in Colfax.
The Rev. Wayne K. Anderson, pastor of the Baptist Church in Monroe, assisted by the Rev. Gaylon Decious, pastor of the Christian Church in Colfax, was in charge of the services. Burial was in the Colfax Cemetery.
Survivors are two sons, William and Ernest, both of Prairie City; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. T. S. Warrick.
She was preceded in death by her husband May 13, 1954.
Mrs. Warrick was a member of the Colfax Christian Church.
The daughter of Sam and Sarah Ann Robinson Sage, she was born September 23, 1892, at Colfax.
She was married to John Warrick May 15, 1914 at Colfax.
She resided in Colfax except from 1934 until 1955 when she lived in Monroe.
