Life Story of Regina Walker
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Reasnor United Methodist Church for Regina Walker who was killed in a car accident Sunday morning. The Rev. Glenn Emmert, pastor of the church conducted services. Burial was in the Palo Alto Cemetery.
Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Walker of Reasnor; a brother, Kevin at home; two sisters, Janna and Connie, at home; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lewie Schultz of Reasnor; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elsmer Walker of Prairie City and a special friend, Randy lamb of Reasnor.
Miss Walker was a member of the Reasnor United Methodist Church and had been a 4-H club member and active in all community youth and school activities.
The daughter of Duane and Marilyn Schultz Walker, she was born July 9, 1959 in Newton, was graduated from Monroe Community High School and had completed her freshman year at the University of Northern Iowa at Cedar Falls.
