Andrew Verwers, 81, of Corpus Christi, Texas, a former resident of the Killduff and Lynnville areas, died May 21, 1991, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Survivors are a sister, Gladys Van Veen of Monroe; a son, Robert Andrew of Corpus Christi, Texas; a daughter, Patricia Meree Lang of Aurora, Colorado; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lucille, two sisters, Mabel and Hazel.
The son of Albert and Gora Vos Verwers, he was born Feb. 17, 1910, near Taintor.
He was married to Lucille Longnecker 54 years ago.
