Services Held
Services were held Monday, June 1, 1992, for Kenneth Simbro. Kenneth was a resident of Iowa for several years working for the Wabash Railroad before moving to Missouri. He retired from the railroad several years ago and made his home in Stanberry, Missouri.
Born September 28, 1917, from Percy and passed away at the hospital May 30, 1992 of cancer at the age of 74 years, 8 months and 2 days. Services were held at the First Baptist Church in Stanberry where he was a member. Rev. Michael Roberts officiated and interment was in the High Ridge Cemetery in Stanberry.
Kenneth was an army veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Emma, 3 sons and 2 daughters, several grandchildren, nephews and nieces, one brother Russell, and 5 sisters, Marvel, and Juanita all of Glenwood, Missouri, Pauline of Baltimore, Maryland, Doris of Glen Ellen, Illinois, and Charlotte of Ottumwa.
He was the son of Jake and Ruth Simbro.
Several relatives from Iowa attended the services.
