Funeral services for Mary Ellen Vander Kieft Sellers, 54, a longtime resident of Monroe were held Sunday, November 12, at the Monroe United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Jerry McGee, pastor of the church, conducted services. Burial was in Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Survivors are her husband, Jerry; two sons, Chris and Gregg, both of Des Moines; and her mother, Norma Vander Kieft of Monroe.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The daughter of Dick and Norma North Vander Kieft, she was born November 16, 1934 at Newton and was a 1953 graduate of Newton Community High School.
She was married to Jerry Sellers June 25, 1924 at the Little Brown Church at Nashua.
