Life Story of Clarence L. Renaud
Clarence L. Renaud, 79, passed away August 1 at Riverview Manor in Des Moines.
He was reared in the Pella vicinity and he and his brother, Harry, operated a general store in Otley for a few years. Later he operated a grocery business in Des Moines and after that he became manager for Kraft Foods, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, the former Hazel Stringfellow; their son, Edwin Renaud of Appleton, Wisc.; four grandchildren; a brother, Arthur of Royal Oaks, Mich.; and a stepsister, Hattie Vander Meulen of Pella.
Funeral services were held at the Westover Funeral Home with the Rev. Otto Steele officiating.
