Life Story of Earl Pendroy
Earl Mell Pendroy, 69, of Monroe, a lifelong resident of Jasper county died Friday at the Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton.
Funeral services for Mr. Pendroy were held Monday at the Monroe United Presbyterian church.
Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Ed Pendroy of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Faye Bohlen of Waverly, and Mrs. Emery (Beulah) Stewart of Monroe; his brother, Dale of Monroe; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1964.
Mr. Pendroy was a retired Maytag Co. employee.
The son of Ed and Tempa Wilson Pendroy, he was born January 9, 1903 at Reasnor.
