Services Held
Sarah Den Otter Masters, 82 died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 1988, at her home in Monroe.
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Monroe First Baptist Church.
Rev. John Adams, pastor of the church conducted service. Burial was in the Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Survivors are two sons, Ralph and Paul, both of Monroe; twin daughters, Eleanor Masters and Eloise Masters, both of Monroe; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are a brother, Bert Den Otter of Plant City, Fla.; five half-brothers, Harry Den Otter of Frederic, Wis., Wendell Den Otter of Webster, Wis., Austin Den Otter of Hurtle, Wis., Jerry Den Otter of Villa Platte, La., and Robert Den Otter of Webster, Wis.; and two half-sisters, Marie Richter of Clear Lake, Wis., and Nona Linden of Hawthorne, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville, parents, a sister, four brothers and three half-brothers.
The daughter of Richard and Ella Van Den Baard Den Otter, she was born Nov. 11, 1906 in Otley.
She was married to Orville Masters April 21, 1935 in Newton.
