Services Held
Funeral services for Mrs. Loren E. (Margaret Marie) Magnuson, 50, of LeClaire were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 1984, at the Wallace-Pence Funeral Home in Newton.
Dr. Richard Bentzinger, pastor of the Newton First United Methodist Church, conducted services. Burial was in the Newton Union Cemetery.
She died Wednesday, Oct. 31, at the Lutheran Hospital in Moline, Ill.
Survivors are her husband, a son, a daughter and a grandson.
Also surviving are two brothers, four sisters, and her mother, Pearl Ver Dught of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
The daughter of Marion P. and Pearl I. Birkenholz Ver Dught, she was born Nov. 21, 1933 in Monroe.
