Services for Connie Sue Lambert, 32, were held July 21, 1995, at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. Rev. Neal Montz officiated services. Interment was in Bellefountaine Cemetery in Mahaska County.
Connie Sue Lambert was born on May 3, 1963, in Bussey, Iowa and passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 1995, at the Knoxville Area Community Hospital. She was the daughter of Donald Wayne Jones and Barbara Ann Temple Jones.
Connie attended the Twin Cedars School System and graduated from High School in 1981. She was presently employed at Mater Clinic P.C. in Knoxville as a medical assistant for Dr. Earl McKeever M.D. She enjoyed her work at the clinic because she came in contact with so many people. Connie enjoyed collecting bears. She also enjoyed following her children’s sports activities. She was very proud of her children’s accomplishments.
On February 6, 1993, Connie Sue Jones was united in marriage to Mark Alan Lambert in Knoxville. The couple made their home in Bussey.
Survivors are her husband, Mark; sons, Ryan, Jared and daughter Lacie all of Bussey; her parents Donald and Barbara Jones of Bussey; brother Roger Wayne Jones of Bussey; Michelle Bonnett of Bussey; Heather Jones of Bussey; grandparents, Levi and Hazel Jones of Bussey; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Ken and Linda Lambert of Monroe.
