SNODGRASS RITES OBSERVED HERE
Services Held Sunday For Pioneer Jasper County Woman, 89

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah A. Snodgrass, 89, were conducted from the First Christian church Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
The Rev. H. Leroy Kinser, pastor of the church, delivered the funeral sermon and was assisted in the rites by the local Woman's Relief Corps.
Richard Toedt furnished the music singing, "Crossing the Bar" and "My Mother." He was accompanied by Mrs. Toedt.
Interment was in the Newton Union cemetery, with the following serving as pall bearers: True Eaton, Fred Reeve, E. C. Smith, John Bullington, Bruce Sattele and John Brunner.
Mrs. E. C. Smith, Mrs. Fred Reeve and Mrs. O. H. Witmer were in charge of the floral arrangements.
