Cheryl Lynn Swiggum Kurzejeski, 31, a resident of Otley for eight years, died at home Saturday, Feb. 11, 1989.
Memorial services were held Tuesday p.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church in Pella.
Survivors are her husband, parents, and two brothers.
Mrs. Kurzejeski had been employed as an accountant.
She was born Aug. 23, 1957 in Minneapolis, Minn.
She was married to Neal Kurzejeski Oct. 25, 1980.
