Services Thursday
Services for Mrs. Marian C. Kingery will be held Thursday, July 8, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. at the Monroe United Methodist Church. Rev. Karen Merrill, pastor of the church, will officiate the services. Burial will be in Dunreath Cemetery in Monroe.
Marian passed away Monday, July 5, 1999, at the Martha Tennant home near Monroe.
The daughter of Edward and Etta (Currier) Currier, Marian was born June 10, 1918, in Kingsbury County, South Dakota. She married Earnest Daye Kingery February 16, 1935, in Monroe. She was a resident of Monroe for 65 years.
Survivors are three sons and 2 daughters in law: Ron and Karen Kingery of Monroe, Frank and Vicky Kingery of Monroe, and Dennis Kingery of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one daughter and son-in-law Donna and Orville Karr of Monroe; 16 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Marjorie Currier of South Dakota.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and one grandson, Randy Kingery.
Memorials for the Monroe Emergency Unit are suggested.
