Paisley Marie Colyn, 11 month infant daughter of Kevin & Chrystle Colyn of Monroe, Iowa, went to heaven with her mommy and daddy by her side, Friday morning, April 3, 2015, at the Mercy Medical Center of Des Moines.
Paisley’s family will be greeting friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Monroe. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 9, 2015 also at the First Baptist Church of Monroe, with Pastor Jeriah Shank officiating. Following services burial will be held at Silent City Cemetery of Monroe.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Paisley’s family. Condolences may be sent to www.winfieldfh.com.
Paisely is survived by her parents, Kevin & Chrystle Colyn and her brothers and sisters, Alexis, Kaden, Garrison, and Summer Colyn all of Monroe. Paisley is also survived by her grandparents, Rory & Teresa Colyn of Pella, Brenda Kaplan of Knoxville, and Weslee Kling & Steve Held of Monroe; her great-grandparents, Joyce & E.J. Stupp of Marshalltown, Rita & Syd Sickels of Des Moines, and Delmar & Gloria Hoch of Melcher; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Bret Sickels and Robert Kaplan; her aunt, Amanda Brumbaugh; and many great-grandparents and family members.
