James L. Conn

BANNING, Calif. - James L. Conn, 65, of Banning, Calif., a former Newton and Colfax resident, died Tuesday, Feb. 19.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; a son, Jim; two grandchildren; five brothers, John of Lynnville, David of Newton, Edward and Andrew, both of Colfax, and Lindsey of Wisconsin; and six sisters, Marjorie Beyer of Newton, Grace Brady of Chicago, Ill., Florence Verrips of Pella, Robinette Van Arkel of Altoona, Agnes Pease of Colfax and Beverly Shissler of Knoxville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Conn, and a sister, Mildred (Mrs. Frank) Carnahan.
