Harley A. Cline, age 86 of Monroe, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Heritage Manor n Newton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe. Burial will follow at Silent City Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will greet friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Harley A. Cline Memorial Fund and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com.

The son of Arthur and Ruth Cline, Harley was born on June 21, 1927, in Medosto, California. On August 20, 1948, he was united in marriage to Gladys Marie Fritz in Washington, Kansas. To this union two children were born, Lila and David.

Harley worked in the factory his entire finally retiring from Pella Corp. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and sight-seeing. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Those left to honor his memory include his two children, Lila (Bruce) Nolte of Fairberry, Nebraska and David (Joane) Cline of Sully; three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Preceding Harley in death were his parents and his Wife Gladys in 2008. ~ The Coburn Funeral Home, Monroe, Iowa 6 Apr 2014.
