Services for Margaret Eleanor Dillman were held Tuesday, November 6, 2001, at the Fielding Funeral Home in Chariton, Iowa. Pastor Larry Prosser officiated the services. Burial was in Russell Cemetery in Russell, Iowa.

Margaret, passed away November 4, 2001, of Cardio-pulmonary distress at the Chariton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born April 20, 1913, in Russell, Margaret was the daughter of Albert R. and Pearl Ashba Goltry. She was married to Loren Dillman, who passed away in 2000. Margaret was homemaker. She was a lifelong Russell, Iowa, resident. She worked as a school teacher at Highland School in rural Lucas County for 7 years.

Survivors are a son, Jerry Dillman, of Russell, Iowa two daughters, Jeanette Dillman of Guerneville, California, and Judith Waddle of Monroe, Iowa; two grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
