Mary Elizabeth (Buckroyd) Enlow

Mary Elizabeth (Buckroyd) Enlow, 56, of Hemet, California, formerly of newton, died September 24. Funeral services were held Saturday in California. The body was cremated. A private family burial will be hele at Newton Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.

The daughter of Fred Buckroyd and Lola Springer, she was born May 30, 1946, in Newton. On January 25, 1964, she married Karl f. Enlow. Mrs. Enlow worked at Midwest Manufacturing in Kellogg as a maintenance person for several yaers. She moved to Kellogg later to California and then moved back to Grinnell and worked as a CNA for four years. She returned to California and worked as a CNA until her death.

Survivors include three sons, Tom, Mike and Todd Enlow, all of California; two brothers, David Davidson of Colfax and Donald Davidson of Arkansas; a sister, Linda Thompson of Grinnell; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two infant sons, her parents, step-father and two brothers. ~ The Colfax Tribune, Colfax, Iowa, Thurs 30 Oct 2002.
