Henderson Child Rites Wednesday
COLFAX – Julia Catherine Henderson 8-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Henderson of Mingo, died Sunday at Birch View resort at Pine Lake, Minn.
Death was attributed to acute virus pneumonia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Mingo Methodist church.
The Rev. Max Hall, Minister of the church, will conduct the services. Burial will be at Greencastle cemetery.
Walters funeral home at Colfax is in charge of arrangements.
Besides her parents, the child is survived by five step brothers and sisters, Clifford Henderson of Des Moines, Mrs. A. J. (Marcella) Van Sant of Long Beach, Calif.; Ronald Henderson of Colfax; and Lavina Kay and Charles Brown, both of Mingo; two sisters, Nora Elizabeth, 3 ½, and Cora Lorraine, 2; three foster brothers, Michael, 4; Alvin, 3; and Kevin, 1 ½; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Henderson of Colfax; and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morton of Chariton and Mrs. and Mrs. Harry Wade of St. Paul, Minn.
The child was born November 1, 1960 in Newton.
