Those left to honor Patsy’s memory are her husband, James JR Banks of Newton, children, Patty (Al) Lopez of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Jeff (Karen Davis) Banks of Des Moines, Jaymie Banks (Fiancé, Craig Westfield) of Des Moines and Nadia Nixon of North Carolina; her fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Rhonda Little, a great-grandson, a brother, a sister and a niece.

Patsy was a graduate of Tingley High School in Tingley, Iowa with the Class 1947.

Patsy was a homemaker. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandchildren. Patsy also enjoyed ceramics and sewing.
