August 23, 1950 - February 25, 2015

Darlene Kay Seibert, age 64 of Monroe, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Coburn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Silent City Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Darlene Seibert Memorial Fund and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com

The daughter of Darwin and Pauline (Quint) Lewis, Darlene was born on August 23, 1950, in Des Moines. On July 12, 1974, she was united in marriage to Donnie Seibert at the First United Methodist Church in Newton.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Donnie; children, Joseph (Darleen) Seibert of Texas, Derrick Seibert of Thailand, Jason (Gayle) Seibert of Montezuma and Amanda (David) Hartz of Monroe and five grandchildren, Tessa Seibert, Dawson Hartz, Lilly Hartz, Sophie Hartz, and Logan Seibert.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and a brother, Darrell Lewis. ~ The Coburn Funeral Home, Colfax, Iowa 25 Feb 2015.
