Visitation Service The family will greet friends at the funeral home. Sunday, December 21st, 2014
2:00pm to 5:00pm

Those left to celebrate Tina’s life are her children, Chelsea (Brad) Swarts of Newton, Luke (Amy) Coady of Newton and Gabe Coady of Newton; four grandchildren, Gentry and Hudson Swarts and Sophia and Liam Coady; her siblings, Timothy W. “Tim” Ham (Patti Garvin-Ham) of Fort Collins, Colorado, Theresa A. Safris of Prairie City, Charles R. “Chuck” Ham of Ankeny, Cecelia M. “Sake” Ham-DiGregorio of Newton and Robert C. “Rob” (Susan) Ham of Newton and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert C. “Bob” and Adele M. (Bartels) Ham; and husband, Bill in 2009.

Tina was a graduate of Newton High School in 1982.

Tina was a homemaker and she loved being with her family especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed scrapbooking.
