Iris Nadine Eaves passed away after a brief but strong battle with cancer. Her son, Jerry Eaves was by her side.

Iris was born in Iowa and spent the last 34 years in Rancho Cordova, CA.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Eaves who passed in 2007.

Iris spent the last 25 years working at the Rancho Cordova Moose Lodge, where she leaves behind many friends. Iris loved traveling to Reno, NV to try her luck in the casinos and spending time with her friends at the Moose Lodge.

Iris is survived by her brother Ivan Thrapp, sister Winnie Williamson, daughters Dixie Morton of Newton, IA and Kathy Morton of Mason City, IA and son Jerry (Suki) Eaves of Roseville, CA, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
