Obituary
Marc A. Hagen, DDS, 45, of Denver, died at the Waverly Health Center on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, of natural causes. He was born on Dec. 31, 1968, in Moline, Ill., son of Henry "Alan" and Jeanette Grace Papendorf Hagen.

He graduated Rock Island High School, attended Augustana College in Rock Island and graduated from University of Iowa Dental College in 1995.

He married Melanie M. Eicher on June 9, 1990, in Waterloo.

Marc worked in family dental practice since 1995 and operated his own dental office since 2003 in Waverly.

Marc is survived by his wife: Melanie Hagen, of Denver; two daughters: Cara and Brooke Hagen; his parents: Henry "Alan" and Jeanette Hagen, of Rock Island, Ill.; sister: Pamela (Rod) Arrowood, of Newton; and mother-in-law: Barbara Eicher, of Waterloo.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; nephew: Kyle Alan Arrowood; and father-in-law, Wm. Henry Eicher.

Services are at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 at Heartland Vineyard Church in Cedar Falls. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday at Locke Funeral Home in Waterloo. Memorials can be directed to the family.
