Mrs. Frank Elliott, 57, died at the Lutheran Hospital, Tuesday morning, April 20, 1937. She was recovering from an operation when her heart gave away before her family could reach her.

She and Mr. Elliott were married in 1930.

They lived at Webster City until March, 1932 when they came to his farm near Collins which has since been their home.

She was a member of the M. E. Church and Eastern Star Lodge.

Her husband, one daughter and a grandson by a former marriage, five brothers, and two sisters survive.

Funeral services were held at the Collins M. E. Church Friday at 1 p.m. Rev. Ray Thompson of the U. B. Church and Rev. Ida Roberts of the M. E. Church were in charge. The body was taken to the old home at Webster City for burial. The Eastern Stars there gave their services at the cemetery. ~ The Colfax (IA) Tribune, Thurs 29 Apr 1937.
