Arthur Skow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Skow, whose illness was reported yesterday, did at one o’clock today from lockjaw, passing away in terrible agony in spite of all the could be done for him.

This is very distressing, indeed. It seems almost increditable that such a small matter could end so seriously. Only a short time ago a small sliver was run into his leg and it had all healed up and been forgotten. Last Saturday he was taken sick and it was soon determined that blood poison had resulted from the slight injury above noted.
