Pauline Charlotte Parrish, 99 years 7 months, of Frackville, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning at home with her family by her side.

Born in Muncy Valley, Aug. 31, 1913, she was a daughter of the late David J. and Cora E. Ryder Phillips.

She was of the Methodist faith.

She was a devoted wife and mother and loved to share many of her happy memories of growing up at Hunters Lake, North Mountain.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph G. Parrish, in 1978; an infant daughter; a brother and six sisters.

Pauline is survived by her three sons, Kenneth and his wife, Dianna Parrish, Frackville, Raymond Parrish and his wife, Theresa, Morea, and Joseph Parrish; two daughters, Janet, wife of Frank Harger, Newton, Iowa, and Grace Anne Mullecker, Frackville; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday from Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, with the Rev. Sue Ketterer, pastor of First United Methodist Church, Frackville, officiating. Interment will be in Sky-View Memorial Park, Hometown. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
