Mrs. Jennie Akins, 80 Succumbs Following Stroke

COLFAX - Mrs. Jennie aAkins, 80, died this morning at the home of her son, G. V. Akins, following a stroke suffered last Friday.

Mrs. Akins was a life-long resident of Iowa, and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church. She has made her home with her son since the death of her husband, C. A. Akins, who died in 1928.

She is survived by three sons and one daughter: G. V. Akins of Colfax, J. G. Akins of Tampa, Fla.; George W. Akins of Bellingham, Minn. and Mrs. William Sager of Collins.
