Death of Mrs. J. H. Barngrover

Mrs. J. H. Barngrover died Tuesday morning of last week at 2 o’clock at her home in southwest Newton. She has been in poor health a long time. The body was taken to Freemont, Ia., her old home, for interment.

The Barngrover family have been in Newton only about a year. Besides the husband the deceased leaves five children, four girls and a boy, Mamie, Goldie, Nellie, Addie and Coleman Barngrover, the youngest being eleven years old. ~ The Newton (Iowa) Journal, Wednesday, January 5, 1920.
